Obituary For Jo-Ann Kemper Coder
Jo-Ann Coder (nee Kemper), 88, of Erlanger, KY, passed away on May 30, 2023, at Rosedale Green Nursing Home. She was born on May 31, 1934 in Cincinnati, OH, to Joseph and Helen Kemper. She was a proud life-long member of First Lutheran Church in Cincinnati, OH, where she sang in the choir, led a Girls Club for many years, and she was a member of the church counsel. In addition to her church activities, she enjoyed music, playing the cello, and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Helen Kemper; her husband, Fay Coder; and her siblings, Ralph Kemper and Helen Kemper Ross.
Jo Ann is survived by her nephew, Donald Ross III, and her nieces, Deb Ross, Karen (Scott) Allen, Sharon (Gary) Hogle, and Pamela (Paul) Johnson. She also leaves behind several great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial visitation for Jo Ann will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 12:00PM until time of service at 1:00PM at First English Lutheran Church in Cincinnati, OH.
