John P. (Jack) Meyer passed away peacefully in Summerville, SC on June 11, 2024. He is survived by Nancy, his wife of 59 years, and their children, Jodie Asher, Karin Davis, Christie Bazzle, Kevin Meyer and nine grandchildren.

He was born on July 31, 1940 and raised in Covington, KY where he graduated from Holy Cross High School. After working in the family business for many years he joined the Navy. When his years of service were completed he lived with his family in Florence, KY and eventually moved to Lakeland, FL, where he worked for Pepsi Cola. After several years he transferred to Spartanburg, SC where he continued to work for Pepsi as a service manager. He retired after being with the company for 25 years. Inretirement, he and his wife settled in Summerville, SC to be near family. John was a kind and gentle man who was devoted to his family. He was greatly respected and loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
