Obituary For John T. McNeese

John T. McNeese, 84, of Union, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, Kentucky. The son of the late Stanley and Gertrude McNeese, John was born in DeMossville, Kentucky on November 7, 1941.

John dedicated 36 years of service to Nu-Maid Margarine, where he was known for his strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to providing for his family.

A devoted husband, father, and family man, John was loved by all who knew him. He was known for his sharp mind, remarkable memory, and gift for mathematics. His faith was an important part of his life, and he faithfully read his Bible and attended Grace Fellowship Church with his wife. John was a lifelong horse racing, UK Wildcats, Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan.

He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Pam McNeese; his children, Bobby (Pam) McNeese, Anita (Clark) Williams, Teresa (Tim) Huffman, Michael (Jenn) McNeese, and Chad (Hannah) Byers; his sister, Bonnie (the late Robert) Day; his 8 grandchildren; and his 4 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by 13 siblings and 2 grandchildren.

Services for John will be held on Wednesday, July 8th with visitation hours from 10 AM to 12 PM and the funeral service to follow at 12 PM at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. John will be laid to rest at Independence Cemetery.
