Obituary For Joy M. Budai
Joy M. Budai (nee Ryle), 79, passed away Friday May 2, 2025 at Florence Park Care Center in Florence, KY. She was a long-time member and Sunday school teacher at the former Greenview Baptist Church and later member of Hebron Baptist Church. A graduate of Boone County High School and former employee of ComAir, Joy spent most of her adult life as a homemaker, mom, beloved Aunt and friend to many.
She is preceded in death by her parents Eldon and Clara Mae Ryle, Husband Carl Budai and brother Tommy Ryle. Survivors include her son Alan Wayne Budai, cousin Carol McCauley, Nephew Marcus (Trista) Ryle and nephew Rick (Cheryl) Ryle. Also surviving are several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday May 16, 2025 from 10am to 12pm with funeral services to follow at Linnemann Funeral Homes 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY. Burial will be held at Big Bone Baptist Cemetery in Union, KY. Online condolences can be made at www.linnemannfuneralhomes.com
