Obituaries

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Judith Neltner who left us on November 26th 2025 at home in California Ky. Born on January 29th, 1940 Judith Ann Kentrup grew up in Covington, Ky and graduated from Notre dame Academy. She touched the lives of many through her work, friendship, and dedication to family. She was a wife and Mother who always offered support, wisdom, and laughter to all who knew her.
Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband William Neltner. She is survived by her daughter Evelyn Taylor (Neltner), and her son, William (Angela) Neltner and grandchildren Deric, (Paula) Dee, Emily (Tyler) Smith, and great grand-daughter Harley Smith. She was a loved sibling to Raymond Joseph Kentrup, Ceil Bezold, Edward Kentrup, Patrica Shelton and William (Al) Kentrup. She will be dearly missed by friends and relatives. Her legacy will be carried on through the memories and love shared by those whose lives she touched.
A private family memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
Judy's presence will forever remain in our hearts. May she rest in peace. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
