It is with great love and profound admiration that we announce the passing of Judy Ann Ray, a cherished wife, mother, sister, and friend. Judy was born on October 25, 1956, in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, and left us on the peaceful Christmas morning of December 25, 2024, in Latonia, Kentucky. Her life was a testament to the power of kindness, thoughtfulness, and love, which she generously shared with everyone around her .Judy's journey through life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family. She was a beacon of love and support to her husband, Lennith Ray, with whom she shared not only her personal life but also her professional life as a lot tech supervisor in the car sales business. Together, they formed an unstoppable team, both at work and at home. Her children, daughters Misty, Crystal, and Ayla, and sons Daryl and Jacob, were the light of her life. She instilled in them the values of compassion, resilience, and joy that she embodied every day. She was blessed with 9 grandchildren and 8 great children that gave her such joy and inspriation. Her sisters, Linda Leach, alongside her husband Bea, and Faye Cottingham, will remember Judy as the glue that held the family together. Her presence was a source of comfort and strength, and her absence will be deeply felt by her siblings, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond .Judy's passion for life extended beyond her family. Her interests were diverse and reflected her dynamic spirit. As an avid fisher, she found tranquility and joy in the simplicity of nature. Her skills as a karate instructor showcased her discipline and her desire to empower others with confidence and self-defense techniques. Judy's creative flair was evident in her beautiful handmade jewelry, pieces that not only adorned those she loved but also served as lasting tokens of her artistic talent. Those who knew Judy would describe her as loving, kind, and thoughtful. She had the rare ability to make each person she encountered feel valued and heard. Her warmth radiated through her actions, and her legacy is one of unconditional love and selfless service to the people in her life. Judy's impact on her community was significant. Through her work and association involvement, she fostered connections and friendships that transcended the boundaries of the workplace.
