Julie Colleen Person, age 55 of Elsmere, KY, passed away on September 13, 2026. She was born on January 19, 1971 in Cincinnati, and throughout her life brought laughter, warmth, and unwavering love to her family and friends.

Julie will be remembered for her sharp wit, sarcastic sense of humor, and infectious laugh that could brighten even the darkest day.

She is survived by her fiancé, Doug Combs; her siblings and their spouses, Bob Rawlings (Kari), Amy Wharton (Edwin), Jimmie Wise (Sheila), Angela Burns (Chris), and Katie Taylor (Brandon). She also leaves behind her dearest friends, Julie Bishop and Lora Lewis; her cherished cousin, Lori Fouch, nieces, nephews and numerous cousins; and her canine buddy, Gwenie.

Julie was preceded in death by her daughter, Kayla Ann Person; her mother, Donna Magee Person; her father, Bruce E. Person; her maternal grandmother, Mavis Magee; and other grandparents, aunts, and uncles who welcomed her into eternal rest. Psalms 23
