Kathy Mary Stephens, 64, of Erlanger, passed away Friday, September 20, 2024. She was known for her love of cooking. Kathy most recently worked in the security department at DHL and prior to that, she worked numerous years for Schwan Food Company. She is preceded in death by her father, John “Jack” Regensburger (Rita) and her mother, Mary Regensburger. Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Lee Stephens; daughter, Sara Mullins (Shane); son, David Rohe (Ashley); grandchildren, Ivan, Cyrus, Bryan and Layla; brothers, Bill, Gerry, Mike, John and Dale Regensburger and sister, Diane Maldonado. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2 from 5-7PM with a memorial service following at 7PM at Stith Funeral Home, Florence.
