Obituary For Keller Rankin
Keller Rankin, aged 56, passed away Sunday September 3rd 2023, peacefully after a four-year battle with stage four cancer. Keller was survived by her daughter, Jessica Edwards, Jessica’s father, James Edwards and her siblings Mark Rankin and Lorel Studer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Lal and Susan Rankin. Keller was a lifelong resident of Florence, Ky and a graduate of 1984 class of Boone County High School.
Keller worked as bank teller for 5/3 for over 25 years. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter, family and friends. Keller was an animal lover and the mother to many dogs and one 300lb pig. Keller was also an avid college basketball fan and of course cheered on the UK Wildcats. To the dismay of friends and family, she was also a diehard fan of the North Carolina Tarheels.
Many will remember Keller’s sense of humor and her infectious laugh even during her battle with cancer. There will be a memorial service at Florence Christian Church, September 7th at 2:00pm. Per Keller’s wishes please send any donations to the American Cancer Society.
