Kelly Hall Meyer was born on May 4th, 1969 to Katherine Siffel and Julius L. Hall. She was born and raised in Newport, Kentucky, graduated from Newport High School in 1987, and became a Bengal Cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals in the early 90’s.

She was united in holy matrimony to Robert O. Meyer Jr. on February 1st, 1997 in Pigeon Ford, Tennessee and this union was blessed with three children, Hunter, McKensi, and Jacob.

She lived in Taylor Mill Kentucky, and enjoyed viewing humming birds while working in her garden; she enjoyed reading, crocheting and supporting her children in their school activities.

Kelly is survived by her parents, Katherine Siffel Hall and Julius L. Hall; her husband, Robert O. Meyer Jr.; her sister, Tessa L. Hall; and her children, Hunter, McKensi, and Jacob; and a host of relatives and friends.

Kelly went to be with her heavenly Father on August 18th, 2026 at the age of 57. She was greatly loved and will be truly missed.

A visitation will be held Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 10am until time of service at 12 noon at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 822 York St, Newport, KY. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
