Kristy Kandance Appel, 46, passed away at her Covington, KY residence on Friday, August 18, 2023. Kristy was born in Covington, KY on September 14, 1976 to Dale Appel and Carole Shook. She will be remembered by her family for her love of taking family photos, journaling, and creating home videos. She also loved taking her children to Kings Island, which she did regularly. Kristy was preceded in death by two daughter Destiny Belle Harmeling and Carly Jo Dale Harmeling. She is survived by her daughter Courtney Appel (Jake Hitzfield), son Christopher Temple, daughter Skylar Deatheridge, father Dale Appel (Lynnette), mother Carole Shook (Mike), grandchildren Jace and Wyatt Hitzfield, and sisters Misty Mondelli, and Melody Chamberlain (Nick). Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Anyone wishing to send flowers to the family please have them delivered to the Linnemann Funeral Home 30 Commonwealth Ave. Erlanger, KY 41018 by 5pm Wednesday, August 23, 2023
