Obituary For Leonor De La Vega Rodriguez
Leonor De La Vega Rodriguez, 77, of Covington, Kentucky, passed away on October 10, 2026. She was born on July 1, 1949, in Grau, Apurímac, Peru.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor De La Vega Salas and Margarita Rodriguez Puma.
She is survived by her daughters, Maria L. Huabloche, Margarita Boswell, and Rosa E. Gadea; her son, Octavio J. Palacios; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Care in Covington, Kentucky, with a funeral service immediately following at 3:00 p.m.
She will be laid to rest at Parque del Recuerdo in Lima, Peru. Her family takes comfort in knowing that she will return to her beloved homeland.
