Linda Gail Howard, age 76, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away on March 17, 2026. Linda was born in Covington, Kentucky, on January 13, 1950, to Robert Fugate and Alice Slayback.

Linda retired from the Internal Revenue Service, where she worked as a mailroom clerk. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures and especially loved dancing, cooking, and spending time home shopping. She had a warm and lively spirit that brought comfort and happiness to those around her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Boyd E. Howard, who passed away in 2018, her son, Robbie Henry, who passed away in 1969, and brother Robert Fugate (Barb).

Linda is survived by her loving daughters, Tammy Henry (David) and Lisa Mulberry (Shane); her cherished grandchildren, Larissa Winkle, Jeffery Winkle, Jr., and Alexis Mulberry; her sister, Kelly Fugate, and nephew Robert Fugate.

Visitation will be held from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM, with a Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 U.S. Highway 42, Florence, Kentucky 41042. Burial will immediately follow at Hopeful Lutheran Cemetery in Florence.
