Obituary For Linda Kay Glover
Linda Kay Glover, 84, of Ryland Heights, KY, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, May 29, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Linda was a devoted member of First Church in Burlington and lived her faith through her spirituality and service to others. She volunteered with St. Vincent and spent 34 years working at Photo Service before retiring.
Family was the center of Linda’s life. She was deeply involved in her children’s lives and cherished every moment spent with those she loved. She was known for her joyful spirit, her love of singing and dancing, and the happiness she brought wherever she went. Linda also adored her beloved dog, Elvis, who brought her much companionship and joy. She had a remarkable ability to make people feel special and left a lasting footprint on every person she met.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Glover; brothers: Paul, Garry, Donald, Stanley, Andy and David Smith; and sister, Judy Thomas.
Linda is survived by her children: Paul (Deanna) McGlasson, Thelisa (Keith) Forton, Shane (Lora) Brunner, Steve (Amy) Brunner and bonus son, Preston Cooper; grandchildren: Paul (Paige) McGlasson, Amanda McGlasson, Michael Lewis, Steven Lewis, Daniel Miller, Sarah (Jon) Castle, Selena Forton, Elena (Tyler) Niemeyer, Derek Forton, Savanna Brunner (Josh Terradez), Caroline (Zach) Evans, Austin Brunner (Sabrina Buchanan), Marissa (Michael) Draper and Staley Brunner; great-grandchildren: Brennan, Brealynn, Brya, Bronsyn, Brantley, Charlie, Noah, Hunter, Laney, Rylee, Elijah, Theodore, Blair and Madison; brother, Chuck (Connie) Smith; sister-in-law, Karen Smith; brother-in-law, Thomas Chandler; as well as many nieces, nephews and other family members.
A service will be held privately, at the convenience of the family.
