Obituary For Lindsay Marie Zeis
Lindsay Marie Zeis, a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on May 2, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, Kentucky. Born on January 27, 1986, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lindsay lived a life marked by kindness, selflessness, and a fierce determination that inspired all who knew her.
From a young age, Lindsay displayed a vibrant spirit and a generous heart. A competitive dancer throughout grade school and high school, she embraced the discipline and creativity of the art form with passion. Her participation in beauty pageants further showcased her poise and confidence. Lindsay was also a true foodie who delighted in cooking for others, sharing her love of good food as an extension of her warm and loving nature. Artistic by inclination and gifted with exceptional organizational skills, she was renowned among family and friends for her talent in party planning, making every gathering a memorable occasion.
Lindsay’s deeply caring character was evident in every aspect of her life. She was a devoted and wonderful aunt to her niece Kendall Cooper and nephew Cameron Cooper, always ready to offer support, love, and encouragement. Lindsay’s generosity knew no bounds; she would do anything for anyone without expecting anything in return. A fighter in every sense, she faced life’s challenges with courage and grace.
A testament to Lindsay’s enduring spirit is the profound gift of life she received through organ donation, an experience that moved her to give back to others. Honoring her commitment to helping those in need, she was herself an organ donor at the time of her passing, continuing the legacy of hope and healing.
Lindsay is lovingly remembered by her father, Timothy Zeis; mother, Kimberley Zeis (nee Warnke); sister, Lauren (Rick) Cooper; niece, Kendall Cooper; nephew, Cameron Cooper; grandfather, Larry Warnke; uncles and aunts, Dennis (Connie) Zeis, Cindy Zeis, Tina Breedlove, Eddie Zeis and Larry (Melinda) Warnke, Jr.; and a host of other family members and friends who hold her memory close to their hearts.
A visitation to honor Lindsay’s life will be held on May 11, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northern Kentucky, located at 4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, Kentucky.
Her kindness, love, and strength have left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her. Lindsay Marie Zeis will be deeply missed but fondly remembered, her spirit living on in the hearts of those she touched throughout her life.
Donations in Lindsay's name are suggested to Off The List, an organization committed to supporting individuals on the kidney transplant wait list, providing assistance to their families with proven tools to help identify a donor, and increasing overall awareness about living kidney donation.
