Obituary For Madeline D. Brinker
Madeline D Brinker (nee Ottaviani), 96, passed away on February 10, 2026 at her residence in Cold Spring, KY. Madeline was born on April 7, 1929 in McComas, West Virginia.
She was a beloved wife to her late husband Marvin for 62 years; She was a stay at home mom who raised 3 children. She enjoyed playing golf, cheering for the Bengals, baking, reading, and caring for their many Scotties over the years. She also loved spending time with and spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Anyone who knew her appreciated her sharp mind and independent spirit. Madeline was also a lifelong member of St. Therese Parish.
She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin and her son Jeffery Brinker. Madeline is survived by her daughter Stephanie Viltrakis (Joe), son Mark Brinker (Denise), 7 grandchildren, Shannon (Tim) Beiting, Dana (Tony) Overman, Nicholas (Emily) Viltrakis, Diana (Clay) Hood, Julie (Brad) Holcomb, Jeffery Brinker and Christian Brinker and 5 great-grandchildren, Jakob, Owen, Meadow, Vivian, and Turner.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at St. Therese Church in Southgate, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place after mass at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, Kentucky.
Memorials are suggested to St. Therese Church. 11 Temple Pl. Southgate, KY 41071.
