Obituary For Marcia Jaye Neltner
Marcia Jaye Neltner (nee Noertker), 87, of California, KY, passed away Monday, October 12, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kiser and Anna Margaret Noertker; and her brother, Lloyd Noertker.
Marcia is survived by her husband of 59 years, Wayne E. Neltner; her son, Todd (Tina) Straman; her two grandchildren, Teesha (Nicholas) Sheanshang and Taylor Straman; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Persimmon Grove Baptist Church, 10471 Persimmon Grove Pike, Alexandria, KY 41001, from 4:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 6:00 PM.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, 720 E. Pete Rose Way, Suite 330, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Alexandria Funeral Home.
