Obituary For Margaret Mary Baumann Ruth
Margaret Mary Baumann Ruth 72, of Alexandria passed away on April 11, 2026. She was the daughter of Joseph and Ruth (Whitehead) Baumann.
She worked many years at USI as an Insurance Clerk. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Alexandria. Margaret's biggest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Paul Ruth; daughter Lisa (Adam) Stoppelwerth; sons Scott (Stacey) Ruth and Adam (Becky) Ruth; siblings Joe (Jackie) Baumann, Tom (Tammy) Baumann, Sr. Susan Baumann, Beth (Karl) Krummel, Beverly (Bob) Van Arnen and Patti Brandt; and 9 grandchildren.
A memorial Visitation will be held on April 20, 2026 from 9am-10am. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s in Alexandria at 10:00am. Entombment will follow at St. Stephen’s Cemetery.
