Marie Peaker, 100 years of age, of Verona, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 21, 2024. Marie was born on May 5, 1924, to the late Thekla and Theodore Meyer. She is also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert J. Peaker. Marie is survived by her loving daughters, Mary Ulmer (Don), Rose Clear (Donald Hott), Anne Peaker (Ken Goas) and Elaine Reynolds (Peter); grandchildren, Jason, Rob, Amy, Diane, Richele and Elizabeth; great grandchildren, Jack, Archie, Ava, Abel, Jade, June and Hazel. Marie was woman of strong faith and a member of Saint Paul Church. She loved reading and enjoyed quilting, golf, bridge, and traveling, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. Visitation will take place on Monday, July 29, 2024, from 10 – 11:30 AM at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US Hwy 42, Florence, KY 41042. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 12 PM at Saint Paul Church, 7301 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042. Entombment will take place at Old Saint Joseph Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio.
