Obituary For Marthabell May Berry
Walton – Marthabell May Berry (neé: Miller), passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Martha was born in Campbell County, Kentucky, to her late parents Renick and Opal Miller. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Lois Jean Banks and her brother, Renick Clive Miller II. Martha is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Odell Berry and a host of nieces and nephews which they treated like children. She will be remembered as a God-fearing woman who was active in her community; she was a member of Boone County Homemakers and in Republican politics. Martha worked with Odell at Berry Coal and Odell Construction. She loved flowers, gardening, crocheting, and crafting. She was a friend to many and will be greatly missed. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 U.S. Hwy 42, Florence, Kentucky 41042, beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at Beaver Lick Christian Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Elizabeth Foundation (Hospice), 1 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, Kentucky 41017 or Beaver Lick Christian Church, 12665 U.S. Hwy 42, Walton, Kentucky 41094.
