Mary Elizabeth Arlinghaus, 96, of Elsmere, KY, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

She was a member of St. Henry Parish in Elsmere, KY. Mary was a former member of Tri-City Seniors and Prime-Time Seniors, both of St. Henry Church. She retired as a clerk with Signode Corporation in Florence, KY. Mary volunteered with St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, KY for 23 years, delivering flowers and mail.

She was preceded in death by her husband: James A. Arlinghaus, Sr.

Mary is survived by her children: James A. (Mary) Arlinghaus, Jr., Cindy (Greg) Densler and Vicky (Scott) Bauerle; grandchildren: Matthew (Megan) Arlinghaus, Stephanie (Ryan) Kendall, Bradley (Missy) Arlinghaus, Stacey (Chris) Varley, Julie Bauerle and Jessica (Nitish) Chinthagada; great-grandchildren: Caroline, Cate, Cameron, Hugo, Leo, Margo, Gribben, Braxton, Griffen and Oliver; 5 step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to recognize the wonderful staff at Madonna Manor for the care and compassion they gave to Mary.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 10:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Henry Church, 3813 Dixie Highway, Elsmere, KY 41018. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY.
