Mary Lou Snyder, age 83, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

Born in Covington, Kentucky, Mary was the daughter of the late Raymond and Alma Retschulte. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Gary Snyder, and her sister, Linda Meeker.

Mary is survived by her loving children, Sherri Hale (Tim), Gary Wayne Snyder (Lesley), Christopher Todd Snyder (Kristen), and Cheryl Snyder-Ashcraft (Andy). She was a devoted and proud Nana to Zach Hale (Kathy), Mason Hale, Sidney Snyder, Grant Snyder, Shelby Snyder, Aly Boles, Austin Boles, Alex Timerding, AJ Timerding, Kaelin Radloff (Luke), Bri Williams, Sydney Stallsworth, Morgan Ashcraft, and Logan Ashcraft. She was also blessed to be the loving great-grandmother of Silas Allen, Crew Radloff, and Harrison Radloff.

Mary's greatest joy in life was her family. She cherished every opportunity to spend time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends. She especially loved gathering with family during the holidays, creating lasting memories together. Mary also enjoyed shopping and was talented at crocheting, a hobby she loved for many years. Above all else, she treasured her family and the time she shared with them.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 U.S. Highway 42, Florence, Kentucky 41042. Inurnment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
