It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Michael D. Thomas, age 61, of Burlington, Kentucky, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, in Burlington, Kentucky. He was born on Monday, October 26, 1964, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled.
