Obituary For Natalie Rose Seiter

Natalie Rose (Grimm) Seiter, 91, of California, Kentucky, peacefully went home to eternal peace on August 12, 2026.

Born on March 23, 1935, she was the cherished daughter of the late John and Velma (Vater) Grimm and was their only child. Natalie graduated as the Valedictorian of Campbell County High School's Class of 1953.

Natalie met the love of her life, Ray Seiter, at Walt's Barn in Alexandria, Kentucky. They were married on June 11, 1955, and together built a loving home while raising their 5 sons. She began her career at Fifth Third Bank in downtown Cincinnati before dedicating herself to raising her family. After her children were grown, she worked at Census Bureau and later served the Campbell County School District in both the cafeteria and as a bus monitor.

A devoted parishioner of Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Natalie faithfully served for many years as a Eucharistic Minister. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, but her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Natalie was preceded in death by her infant son, Joseph Seiter, in 1958; her beloved husband of 65 years, Ray Seiter, in 2021, and her son and daughter in law, Melvin and Lynda Seiter, in 2023.

She leaves behind her sons, Randy (Nancy) Seiter, Allan (Melinda) Seiter, Gilbert (Shannon) Seiter, and Roger (Michelle) Seiter; her loving grandchildren, Kelly (Joe) Buerkley, Kim (Adam) Sebastian, Keri Seiter, Johnny Seiter, Amber Seiter, Jennifer Seiter, Matthew (Jamie) Seiter, Meghan (Aaron) Wellman, Lauren (Seth) Combs, Olivia (Kyle) Gottmann, Maria (Aaron) Wittrock, and Megan (Chase) Keller; and her treasured great-grandchildren, Kayla, Jenna, Abigail, Natalie, Maddie, Lynlee, Reagan, Owen, Chloe, Isaac, Sean, Chelsey, Theodore, Josephine, and two precious great-grandchild expected soon.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church. Burial will immediately follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Alexandria, Kentucky. A reception will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul School Cafeteria after the burial.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Sts. Peter and Paul School, 2160 California Crossroads, California, KY 41007, or Northern Kentucky Right to Life, 13037 Hutton Drive, Walton, KY 41094.
