Obituaries

Patricia Ann Gosney, 77, of Fort Thomas, KY, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. She was a 1965 graduate of Covington Holmes High School. Patricia retired as a cafeteria manager with Boone County Public Schools. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years: Ralph L. Gosney; parents: Samuel T. and Mary Jane Marshall, Sr., and brothers: Samuel T. Marshall, Jr., and Thomas S. (Carolyn) Marshall. Patricia is survived by her sons: Ralph E. Gosney, Dean R. (Karen) Gosney and Shane M. (Jade) Gosney; siblings: Sandy (late: James) Hetrick, John E. (Connie) Marshall, David E. (Diane) Marshall, James A. (Caren) Marshall and Richard R. (Lisa) Marshall; grandchildren: Michael S. Sammons, Ralph Lambert Gosney, Mary E. Gosney, Katherine G. Gosney, Benjamin M. Gosney, Noah R. Gosney and Claire S. Gosney and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 9:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association c/o diabetes.org.
