Raetta Lynn Setters, age 57, of Union, Kentucky, passed away on September 9, 2026. She was born in Duluth, Minnesota, on December 11, 1968, to the late Randall Dewey Setters and Janet Sue Brown Setters.

Raetta devoted much of her life to caring for children through her work as a preschool teacher. She shared a special bond with the children in her care and will be remembered for the kindness, patience, and love she showed them each day.

Her faith was an important part of her life. Raetta loved attending church and most recently worshiped at Beaver Lick Baptist Church, where she enjoyed serving others through the church’s food pantry. Her caring heart and willingness to help those in need touched many lives.

Raetta is survived by her loving brother, Brian Setters and his wife, Becky, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many others who will cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US Highway 42, Florence, Kentucky 41042. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Big Bone Baptist Cemetery in Union, Kentucky.
