Obituary For Robert "Butch" Joseph Meyers
Robert “Butch” Joseph Meyers, age 86, of Dayton, KY, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2025.
Robert dedicated many years of service to the City of Fort Thomas and later retired from Reynolds Painting. He had a deep love for fishing and cherished spending time with his family. Known for his quick-witted humor and playful pranks, he brought laughter and joy to those around him.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia Meyer (2014), and his daughter, Belinda Meyers.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Tracy Powell; sons, Bobby Meyers and Jeffrey Funston; and a host of loving sisters and brothers. He also leaves behind his grandchildren: Sarah Funston, Dwayne Viers, Ernie Viers, Brett Funston, Nicky Funston, Tanner Meyers, Christopher Mills, James Hill, and Demetri Jackson, along with numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
