Roberta Marie “Bobbi” Reilly, 81, of Cold Spring, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, Ky.

She was born September 20, 1943, in Newport, the daughter of the late Louis and Dorothy Schoech Arnzen. She was a graduate of La Sallette Academy. She married the love of her life, Jerry Reilly, on August 26, 1967. He survives.

Bobbi is also survived by her loving son, Patrick (Jennifer); loving daughter, Allison; two grandchildren, Dylan and Madysen; and three sisters, Dorothy Kammerer, Mary Hoffmeister, and Ginny Pohlman.

Bobbi spent most of her adult life in the suburbs of Chicago, where she worked as a corporate travel agent. When not working, she was busy raising a loving family. She enjoyed planning family outings, and was always quick to grab her recipe box and create tasty, authentic meals from scratch.

She enjoyed traveling with her husband, including trips to China, Ireland and Russia, spending time in her garden, and preparing holiday meals, which always included delicious soups. She cherished seeing her grandchildren grow and always cheered them in all of their sporting events and theatrical performances.

Bobbi will be remembered for creating fun times with her family. She will be greatly missed and her family will cherish her memory.

Memorial donations can be made in Bobbi’s name to the Gail Borden Public Library Foundation, Elgin, Illinois. A memorial celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date.
