Burlington—Ronald R. Riehemann, 74, died peacefully on October 28, 2023, after a six-week
battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of more than 52 years, Kyle White Riehemann,
daughter Holly Riehemann O’Driscoll (Eric), and Douglas Riehemann (Lisa), grandchildren
Alexander, Jenna, Ryan, and Ella O’Driscoll and Scarlett and Ava Riehemann; siblings Mary Ann
Riehemann Witt (Rick), Barbara Riehemann Howell, John Riehemann (Lesli), and Guy
Riehemann, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by parents John
Riehemann and Edna Mae Riehemann. A lifelong Kentuckian, Ron graduated from St. Henry
High School in 1967 and went on to spend 39 years at Cincinnati Bell before retiring in 2008. He
found many longtime friends from both endeavors. Ron loved the great outdoors, The Beatles,
Makers Mark on the rocks, a good cheeseburger, and learning to play the guitar. He enjoyed
spending time on his hunting farm in Berry, KY where he was always on the lookout for a big
buck or tom turkey, often with his brother, son, nephews, or oldest grandson by his side. Ron
was an avid wildlife conservation advocate and supported this cause via membership in the
League of Kentucky Sportsmen and Ducks Unlimited. He was a parishoner at Mary Queen of
Heaven Catholic Church in Erlanger. A mass of Christian burial will be held at noon on Thursday
November 2, 2023, at Mary Queen of Heaven Church located at 1130 Donaldson Road,
Erlanger, KY 41018 with a reception immediately following. A visitation will be available at the
church from 10:30-12 noon prior to the funeral mass. A private family burial will be held at the
family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of the donor’s
choice.
