Obituary For Russell Edward Perry, Jr.
Russell Edward Perry, Jr., 73, of Sanders, KY, passed away on May 6, 2026. He was the son of Russell Edward Perry, Sr. and America (née Turner) Perry.
Russell proudly served in the United States Air Force and was a Vietnam veteran. He worked for many years with Local 669 Sprinkler Fitters. In his free time, he enjoyed building computers, woodworking, tending to his yard, and working with tools.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Perry, with whom he shared 44 years of marriage; his children, Shirley (Jason) Perry Rose, Jennifer (Christopher) Perry, sister, Brenda (Delbert) McIntosh; and eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Russell was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Faye Chandler, son Steven Chandler, brother Richard Perry and sister Joyce Riley.
A memorial visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a service beginning at 7:00 PM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
