Ruth M. Small (nee Sacksteder), 90 of Erlanger, passed away on December 9, 2023. Ruth was born on May 19, 1933 in Newport, Kentucky to the late Harold and Margaret Sacksteder.

Ruth was a beloved wife of the late: Arthur W. Small, dear mother of Karen (Tom) Sandker, Connie (Jerry) Neiheisel, the late Jim Small and Cindy (Bo) Mihalovich, loving grandma of Greg (Mindee) Neiheisel, Patrick Sandker, Chris Sandker, Rebecca (Brandon) McHargue, Megan (Matthew) Hoke, Emily Mihalovich, great-grandma to Brooks McHargue, sister to LaVerne Duell, Margie Turner, Judy Hoffman, Dan Sacksteder and late Kenny Sacksteder.

Ruth was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church for 57 years and nothing made her happier than spending time with her family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 9:00am to 11:00am at St. Henry Catholic Church (3813 Dixie Hwy, Elsmere, KY 41018). Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Henry Church or have a mass said in her name at your home parish.
