Sandra Kay Jones (neé: Volski), 72, of Burlington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 17, 2024. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to her late parents, Joseph and Camilla Volski (neé: Abatico). She is also preceded in death by her brother, Jospeh Volski. Left to mourn Sandra’s passing is her loving husband of 44 years Phil Jones; her beloved children, Natalie Jones, Matthew Jones (Stefania), and Eric Jones; her twin grandsons, Emmett and Jevin Jones; and her dear brother Greg Volski. Sandra spent much of her career as a nurse serving those in need of pediatric home health care. She will be remembered as a loving, thoughtful, generous, compassionate and kind woman. She always put the needs of others above her own and had the amazing gift of making people laugh. A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Grace Fellowship Church, 9379 Gunpowder Road, Florence, Kentucky 41042. The service will begin at 10:30 a.m. and family and friends are invited to continue to celebrate Sandra’s life at a meal immediately following the service in the church café.
