Obituary For Sherry Lee Burden
Sherry Burden, age 77, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2026, in Edgewood, Kentucky.
Born on December 4, 1948, in Covington, Kentucky, Sherry was the beloved daughter of the late Albert Burden and Bonnie Burden.
She was a devoted mother to Christopher Perkins and Tina Baker, and a loving mother-in-law to the late James Baker.
Sherry was a proud Grammy to Timothy Perkins, Jamie Baker-Proffitt, and Jessica Baker-Brannock, and a cherished Great-Grammy to Emma Perkins, Kameren Baker, Brantley Proffitt, Kaiden Brannock, and Raelee Brannock.
She is also survived by her loving sister Carol Menefee and brother-in-law Joe Menefee, along with her nieces Jennifer, Julie, and Jeanna. Along with many extended family members and friends.
Sherry dedicated many years of her life caring for others as a Certified Nurse Assistant with Woodspoint, where her compassion and kindness touched countless lives.
She will be remembered for her strength, her caring heart, and the love she gave so freely to her family. Her legacy will live on through the many lives she touched and the family she adored.
