Obituary For Sr. Marilyn Atwell
Sr. Marilyn Atwell, R.G.S., 86, of Cincinnati, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2026.
Sr. Marilyn was a Catholic Sister with the Sisters of the Good Shepherd.
Sr. Marilyn was born April 17, 1940 in Indianapolis, IN to the late William Atwell and Mary Emma (nee: Doran) Atwell.
Sr. Marilyn is survived by nephews Jamie Atwell (Linda), Jason Atwell (Carmen), Tom Atwell (John), nieces, Debbie Goodman (Steven), Lisa Bedelle (Gary), and Mallory Atwell, and many great nieces and nephews.
Visitation 9:30 am to 10:30 am, Saturday, May 30, 2026 at St. Thomas Church, 26 East Villa Place, Fort Thomas, KY 41075. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 am at St. Thomas Church, with Rev. Ross Kelsch, officiating. Burial will take place in the St. Stephen Cemetery Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
Memorials are suggested to the Sisters of the Good Shepherd, 2140 Pogue Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45208.
