Obituary For Sue Ann Clark
Sue Ann (Eickhoff) Clark, age 83, of Florence, KY, passed away on July 25, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Stephen Dell Clark, parents; Theodore (Catherine) Eickhoff, and step-sons; Tim Whitamore and Anthony “Tony” Whitamore.
Sue had one of the kindest and most generous hearts. Her compassion and selflessness left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to meet her. She would truly give you the shirt off her back. She never hesitated to put others before herself, offering compassion, encouragement and unconditional love to family, friends, neighbors, and even strangers.
Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. Sue and her late husband Steve shared a love that was filled with simple joys and lots of memories. She cherished every moment & loved every conversation on the phone with others. There was never a moment that she didn't make sure she told you that she loved you. Not a day went by that she didn’t look forward to her daily phone call from her son Steve. Their relationship was built on love, laughter, trust and an unbreakable connection.
She enjoyed hanging around talking, birthday celebrations, going out to eat, attending her grandchildren's sporting events, watching movies, reading books & working on puzzles.
She also treasured the special memories made on family vacations to Myrtle Beach. Those trips brought her so much happiness, and she cherished every moment spent laughing, relaxing by the ocean, and making lifelong memories with the people she loved most.
Surviving Sue is her son; Stephen (Katie) Clark and her grandchildren; Madelyn Clark, Mason Clark, Johnny Whitamore, Julie Whitamore, and Zachary Whitamore.
As her family navigates this difficult time, we are asking for contributions to assist with final expenses. Any amount, or simply sharing this fundraiser, is deeply appreciated, you may contribute by clicking here. Thank you for your kindness and support as we honor Sue's memory.
