Obituary For Susan Fay
Susan Fay (nee Huller), 72, of Villa Hills, Kentucky, passed away with her family by her side on Monday, June 22, 2026.
Susan was devoted to her husband, Dan, the love of her life, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She was an avid reader and found great joy near the water. She especially cherished time spent in her home in the Florida Keys, where she loved watching the sunrise.
Susan’s home was famously a revolving door during the years her four children were growing up. Friends were always welcome, and the snacks were always plentiful. She embraced the joyful chaos of a house full of kids and made everyone who entered feel like part of the family. Above all else, Susan treasured time with her grandchildren.
Susan lived her faith through kindness, generosity, and service to others. She leaves behind a legacy of love, hospitality, and devotion to family that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, William Fay; and parents, Ralph and Mary Ellen Huller, Sr.
Susan is survived by her husband, Dan Fay; children: Joey (Jennifer) Fay, Michael (Sara) Fay, Matthew (Lindsey) Fay and Molly (Tommy) Erwin; grandchildren: Sam, Ben, Emmett, Lucy, Lena, Ellis, Daniel, James and Ellen; siblings: Mary (Dave) Maher, Dr. Ralph Huller, Jr.; Dr. Tom (Pat) Huller, Ann (Gene) Johnson, Carol (Tom) Foltz and Patty (Bob) Lilly; as well as many nieces, nephews and other family members.
A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 4:00 pm-6:15 pm, with Mass of Christian Burial, 6:30 pm, at Blessed Sacrament Church, 2409 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017. She will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
