Obituary For Terry Ann Compton
Terry Ann Compton, 61, of Melbourne, KY passed away on March 20, 2026. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland and the daughter of Wilson David Waterworth and Veda Ann (Seymour) Waterworth.
She worked for Community Supports compassionately taking care of handicapped adults. She enjoyed her time with family, especially her grandbabies, and she loved all animals. She was preceded in death by father.
She is survived by her mother Veda Waterworth, husband James Compton, daughters; Kimberly Wink and Jennifer Lee (Jacob) Slusher, and a sister Donna (John) Slattery, and grandchildren Kayla Estrada, Laney Adams, Ashlyn Adams, Lilly Slusher, Ethan Slusher, Rowan Slusher, and Willow Slusher.
A visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home on Saturday March 28, 2026, from 10:00am -1:00pm. The service will begin at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly suggests you make a donation in Terry's honor to the Melbourne Community Church 1005 Mary Ingles Hwy, Melbourne KY 41059 or the Campbell County Animal Shelter 1989 Poplar Ridge Rd, Melbourne, KY 41059.
