Theresa Kohrman (Trapp)78, passed away on September 8, 2026.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Jim, her son, Travis Baker, and daughter-in-law, Kelly Baker, her sisters, Rita (Lloyd) Potts and Chris (Greg) Hornsby, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

She is also survived by Jim’s brother and sisters and their families: Jan Shively, Karen Kohrman, Carl (Carol) Kohrman, Colette Lampkin, and Michelle (Rob) Sullivan.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Edna and Daniel Trapp; her brother, Danny, and his partner, Sharon; her brothers-in-law, Ray Shively and Jim Lampkin.

Visitation for Theresa will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, 5645 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, Kentucky 41015.

Theresa’s funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home, followed by a procession to Independence Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Theresa’s memory to The Neediest Kids of All.
