Obituary For Thomas Edward Brueggen
Thomas Edward Brueggen,83, of Alexandria, Kentucky passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026. He was born on December 18, 1942, to his parents Louis and Margaret (Benner) Brueggen.
He proudly served in the United States Navy and worked for Baldwin Piano Company for many years.
He was member of St. Mary’s Church, Campbell County Game and Fish, Ducks Unlimited and really enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother John (Judy) Brueggen.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 63 years, Ruth Ann Brueggen; daughters, Barb Peters and Karen Veirs (Al Heim); brothers, Mike (Lynne) Brueggen and Bob (Dottie) Brueggen; sisters, Margie (Larry) Dullaghan and Mary (Jack) Kallendorf; grandchildren, Brittany Peters, Brianna Peters, Bethanie Peters, and Katie (Bob) Schneider; great grandchildren, Beau Schneider and Gus Schneider.
A visitation will be held on Sunday January 11, 2026, at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria from 1pm-3pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday January 12, 2026, at St. Mary’s in Alexandria at 12 noon, burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery in Ft. Thomas.
