Obituary For Tommy W. Combs
Tommy W. Combs, 65, of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
Born in Florence, Kentucky, on November 2, 1960, Tommy was the son of the late John and Thelma Maxine Combs. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves and went on to dedicate over 35 years of hard work as a machine operator in the printing industry before his retirement.
Tommy lived life with a free spirit and a big heart. He was rarely seen without his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and leather jacket, embracing the open road whenever he could. He found peace in fishing, joy in music, and rarely missed a chance to turn up a song and sing along—especially when it came to karaoke. Known for his quick wit and sense of humor, Tommy had a special way of making people laugh and lifting the spirits of those around him.
In addition to his parents, Tommy was preceded in death by his life partner, Debbie Willoughby, and his sister, Margaret Beach.
He is survived by his daughter, Mindy (Bob) Shafer; his son, Daniel (Amy) Scroggins; his brother, Donny (Sandy) Combs; his sister, Tina (Jason) Murrell; and his grandchildren, Waylon Shafer, Emma Willoughby, and Maddie Scroggins-Craddock.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
