Obituary For Viola Mae Cline
Viola Mae Cline, 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. She was born on October 4, 1945, in Long Beach, CA to the late Charles and Irene Driver.
Viola grew up in the Long Beach and Lakewood area in California. She was a hard worker and worked long hours bartending when she was younger. Viola’s passion was watching her kids play baseball and helping with the scorekeeping of many games she attended. Viola loved watching any type of sports and always was up for a good patty melt sandwich. Viola will be remembered for her feistiness, her love, and her huge heart.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Irene Driver; niece, Stacey VanStrien; great grandson, Michael Alvin Cline.
Those left here to carry on her legacy are her two sons, Donald (Sylvia Reyes) Cline and Craig Cline; grandchildren, Stephanie (Cynthia Hinojosa) Cline, Jason Colefield, Kevin Cline, Ashley Cline; great grandchildren, Aiden Cline, Maximus Colefield and many other extended family and friends who will miss her beyond measure.
In keeping with Viola’s wishes, services will be held at the convivence of her family.
