Wanda Lee Whitfield, 87, of Plymouth, Michigan, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025. She was born on September 9, 1938, in Bellevue, Kentucky, to Charles and Mary Hastings.

Wanda graduated from Bellevue High School and spent more than fifty years in the workforce, most of them with General Motors in Norwood, Ohio. She completed her career with nine years at the law firm of Adams, Stepner, Wolterman & Dusing in Covington, Kentucky.

She enjoyed spending time with friends, especially playing cards several days a week, and she had a special love for her Schnauzers over the years.

Wanda was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Dave Whitfield, in 2000. She is survived by her son, John David Whitfield, and daughter‑in‑law, Jodi Whitfield, of Plymouth, Michigan.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 12:00noon to 1:30pm at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 427 South Fort Thomas Avenue, Fort Thomas, Kentucky. A private burial service at Evergreen Cemetery will follow.
