Obituary For William Francis Howard
William "Bill" Francis Howard, 82, passed away on April 19, 2026. Bill was born on April 28, 1943 in Covington, KY.
Bill worked as a Machinist for Jet Machines and was a jack of all trades. Bill enjoyed trains and cars and was a skilled craftsman. He built cars and his own house.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Georgia Howard. Bill is survived by his wife, Sandra Howard, brother, Charles Howard, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday 04/23/2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Philip Parish, 5746 Mary Ingles Hwy. Melbourne, KY 41059, with a memorial mass beginning at 11:00 AM with Fr. Greg Osburg officiating.
Memorials may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital or to the Campbell County Animal Shelter. Online condolences can be made at www.dmefuneral.com.
