William Michael Browning, 72, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on May 26, 2026, in Edgewood, Kentucky.

He was born on October 29, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio. In recent years, he had made his home in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he spent much of his later life. He was grateful to have the opportunity to return home before his passing, surrounded by the people who loved him most.

William proudly served his country in the United States Army before beginning a long and dedicated career at Hill Air Force Base. There, he worked on aircraft and took great pride in the important work he did throughout his career. He was known for his strong work ethic, quiet strength, and deep dedication to those around him.

Above all else, William cherished his family and the time spent with them. He will be remembered for his resilience, kindness, and the love he shared with those fortunate enough to know him.

Services will be held privately at the family’s convenience.
