SSK Communities has acquired a 57-home manufactured housing community called Campbell Pointe located at 12635 Spruce St. in Alexandria. This is the fourth major home community acquisition for the company in the last 12 months.

“This is the second park we have acquired in Alexandria and we are proud to offer our homes and services to the people of Campbell County,” said Nathan Smith, SSK co-founder and owner.
Other recent acquisitions for SSK include Derby Hills Pointe in Alexandria, Oakview Pointe in Carrollton and Westridge Pointe in Paducah, representing more 1,000 homes.
SSK executives have built their real estate portfolio utilizing a nationwide online brokerage resource, Auction.com. It allows SSK can bid and buy available properties online.
During its nearly 20 years in business, SSK Communities has developed and acquired 27 residential home communities throughout Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. It is the largest manufactured housing company in Kentucky and among the largest in Ohio and in the Midwest.
Owner Smith serves as the chairman of the board of directors for the national Manufactured Housing Institute, is past president of the Kentucky Manufacturing Housing Institute and has served on the board of the National Manufactured Housing Institute.
