LEGACY accepting nominations, applications for sixth annual Next Generation Leader Awards


LEGACY, the premier organization for young professionals in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, is now accepting nominations and applications for the sixth annual Next Generation Leader Awards (NGLAs).

The Next Generation Leader Awards honors Greater Cincinnati’s young professionals, between 21 and 40, for community impact and their significant accomplishments in their chosen professional field.

Applications will be judged by a selection committee comprised of a diverse group of community leaders and industry experts within each of the 10 categories: Arts, Entertainment and Recreation; Business, Financial and Legal Services; Community and Social Services; Communications, Marketing and Sales; Design and Construction; Education; Entrepreneurial; Government and Public Affairs; Medical and Health Care Services and Technology/Science/Manufacturing.

LEGACY

“The Next Generation Leader Awards is a great way for our community to recognize the hard work completed by young professionals in the region,” said Jordan Huizenga, LEGACY president. “It is inspiring to see so many young professionals working to make our community a better place.”

Finalists for each category will be notified in June, and winners will be announced at the Next Generation Leader Awards dinner on Thursday, July 16 at The Madison, in Covington.

Nominations are due Friday, February 13, 2015. Applications are due Friday, March 20, 2015. There is no application fee and LEGACY membership is not required.
