Thursday, Feb. 5, Kentucky Youth Advocates and Child Advocates from across Kentucky will award Randy Coe, President of Kosair Charities, the 2015 Champion for Children Community Leader Award for his commitment to protecting children from child abuse and neglect.

Coe will accept his award during the Child Advocacy Day Rally, which begins at 10 a.m. in the Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort.
Coe serves as President of the Kosair Charities team and is a member of the board of directors of Kosair Charities. Kosair Charities is the largest charitable organization benefitting children in the region. He has served in the position since January of 1996.
Coe has played a vital role in leading the Face It Movement to end child abuse in Jefferson County, which has already made vast progress since its launch in 2013.
He is a member of the Rotary Club of Louisville, Audubon Country Club, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, International Brotherhood of Magicians, Louisville Magic Club, The Sons of the Desert International Laurel and Hardy Society, Royal Order of Scotland, The Society of Colonial Wars in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Knights Templar, Scottish Rite, Kosair Shrine Temple, and many other organizations.
He is the Past Potentate Kosair Shriners, a 2,600-member fraternal organization. He gives time, talent and treasure with many causes but particularly helps the Kids of Kosair Charities.
