Saints the pick to capture Presidents’ Athletic Conference softball championship

The Thomas More College softball team has been chosen as the preseason favorite in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) following a vote of league coaches.

The preseason poll collects votes from each of the conference’s 10 head coaches.

Thomas More and seventh-year head coach Lindsay Bramhall, last year’s regular-season champions, received 93 total points and five of the league’s 10 first-place votes. They finished the 2014 season 31-12 and received an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament, finishing 1-2 at the Chicago Regional.
