She has begun implementing strategies, which include focusing on engaging more companies to align and coordinate with partners in order to increase the number of donors in our community. The results will help create lasting change for all in Northern Kentucky in the areas of Education, Income and Health.

“It’s an honor to serve as the Northern Kentucky chair for the 100th anniversary campaign under the leadership of Kevin Kabat, Fifth Third Bank,” says Chandler.  “It’s truly my pleasure to work with others to spread the word regarding the strength of our United Way in this region and the incredible progress that’s been made.”

Chandler joined TEMA in 1999 and leads Toyota’s local community relations activities and supports North American philanthropy and social innovation activities. Seven years after Toyota recruited her from the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Chandler received the Walter L. Pieschel Award as the organization’s Outstanding Volunteer of the Year, and she now serves on the board for the Northern Kentucky Chamber. Chandler has been honored as the Big Brothers / Big Sisters “Sports Buddy of the Year,” and was named in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s annual “Forty Under 40” list of rising community leaders.
