Beyond the Curb you’ll be getting an inside view of urban living — and there’s a lot to see

Beyond the Curb is a series of one-day self-guided urban living tours throughout Northern Kentucky’s River Cities. On Sunday, the City of Newport is featured.

The series is a rare opportunity to explore the interiors of several residential and commercial properties in various neighborhoods. Guests will also experience the urban lifestyle as they discover convenient amenities, local businesses, and the strong sense of community that exists in Northern Kentucky.

Sunday ticket holders will explore the interiors of 13 unique properties in the Riverboat Row, East Row, Westside and Downtown neighborhoods.

The City of Newport has seen significant investment over the past 20 years including Newport on the Levee, SouthShore Condominiums, New Riff Distillery, and Vue 180 on the Water.

Beyond the Curb is an initiative of The Catalytic Fund. The objective of this initiative is to encourage urban living by showcasing and marketing Northern Kentucky’s River Cities to the Cincinnati region as ONE special urban area with a wide array of residential product types and amenities that uniquely cater to an assortment of lifestyles.
